Coming from Mass or other points South, take I-495 to route 3 (exit 35B), heading North towards Nashua.
Coming from NH, take I-93 or I-293 to the Everet Turnpike, which joins up with Route 3 further south.
From Route 3 / Everet Turnpike, take exit 8 to 101A.
The road will merge with 101A in about 1/4 of a mile, veer right onto 101A.
Take 101A for about 4 miles. You'll go through a set of three lights close together and there will be a Wallmart on the left.
After Wallmart and these three lights, look for a sign for Old Nashua Road on your left. Take this road. Landmarks to look for before turning off on Old Nashua Road are J&J Party Supplies on your right, and the Changmai, a small tai restaurant on your left. Old Nashua Road will be right after the Changmai. There's also a sign for a railroad crossing there.
If you miss Old Nashua Road, you can go down 101A for about another mile or so until you reach the intersection for 122. You can take a left at this light and then take the first left on 122, which will put you on Old Nashua Road.
Once on Old Nashua Road, go about a half a mile and you'll see a set of mailboxes marked #9 and a driveway on your left (or on your right after a quarter of a mile if you're coming from the 122 side.) There's also a sign there which says "Sanford Place," though I think it's more visible when you're coming from the 122 side.
I'm in the building on the right and my unit, B-1, is the right-most unit in the building. The door is numbered as well, making it easily marked.
There are two spaces in front of my unit marked B1, you can park in one of those, or in the un-marked, spill-over parking space right next to it. Do not park in one of the places designated for the other units.
