California Trip October 2023. Visiting friends in San Diego, with a road trip to Reno, Nevada to attend Biggest Little Fur Con. Lots of sights to see, adventures, fun times, good food and libations.

Trip to the Youngstown Ohio area to visit my friend Susi.

Highlights include Keystone Safari zoo in western PA and the Butler Institute of American Art in Youngstown.

Trip to the Youngstown Ohio area to visit my friend Susi for the 4th of July holiday week.

Highlights include Milton Falls excellent fireworks show and visiting the Living Treasures wildlife park in New Castle, PA once again to feed the animals. 

We also hit our favorite watering holes, Libations Winery and Paladin Brewery.

My friend Terry from Indiana visited New England in early June. Since he was able to work remotely, he was able to stay for a couple of weeks. That gave us a couple of weekend for adventures on the Maine Seacoast, the NH mountains and lakes regions. Our friend Paul joined us for the fun.

We also got to enjoy restaurant visits and general goofing off and hanging out after work. It was was like old times when we met in grad school and first jobs.

We also got to watch a bunch of fun movies. The first night of his visit, we watched Vincent Price in “The Haunted Palace.” The Lovecraft-inspired setting made for a fun way to set the New England mood.
